La Villa Alta is one of the two exceptional houses on the Cesarini estate. The property was originally acquired by Véronique’s parents in 1992. At that time, the estate had been abandoned for several years. It consisted of the main villa (Villa Violetta, named after Véronique’s daughter) and an old Casa Colonica in very poor condition.

The first works undertaken by Véronique’s parents included the restoration of Villa Violetta and the construction of a first swimming pool. Later, Véronique took over the Casa Colonica, completely dismantled it stone by stone, and rebuilt it using modern techniques.

After the passing of her parents, Véronique took over the entire estate, built a second swimming pool, and transformed the Cesarini estate into what it is today.
